Truck Buddiez LLC is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Truck Buddiez LLC purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products as long as the transaction meets these basic conditions:

• Item must have been purchased from Truck Buddiez LLC, either on site or at a local event. Items purchased from non-authorized dealers — including but not limited to auction sites (eBay, Facebook, etc.) and/or secondhand dealers (Amazon “Used” and/or “Special Buy,” Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc.) — and/or sold under the category of “Used” are void of any claims for return and/or missing/replacement parts or warranty. Any expressed warranties are not transferable should the vehicle be sold or traded in.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and received back in salable condition.
• Return must be postage paid by the purchaser.
• All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided with the return.
• Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your qualified return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the original payment method, less shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
